Terms of Service

These terms govern use of the OneLens MCP server (the “Service”) at https://mcp.onelens.cloud/mcp, operated by Astuto AI (“we”, “us”). By connecting an AI host to the Service, you agree to these terms. Your primary OneLens agreement controls in case of conflict.

1. What the Service is

The Service is a read-only interface that lets an authorized AI host query your OneLens cloud-cost analytics on your behalf, over the Model Context Protocol. It exposes query tools only; it cannot create, modify, or delete data in your OneLens account or your cloud providers.

2. Eligibility & access

• You must have an active OneLens account with the MCP feature enabled for your organization.
• Access is authenticated via OneLens (PropelAuth) OAuth and is scoped to your organization. You are responsible for activity under your credentials.
• Your OneLens administrator controls who may use the Service and may revoke access at any time.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• attempt to access data outside your organization, or circumvent authentication, authorization, rate limits, or other controls;
• probe, scan, overload, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure;
• use the Service to violate any law or any agreement you have with Astuto AI or your cloud providers.

We apply per-organization rate limits and abuse protections; requests exceeding them may be throttled or rejected.

4. Data

Your use of cost data through the Service remains governed by your existing OneLens agreement. The Service stores no durable copy of your cost data and never logs cost values. See the Privacy & Data Handling document for details.

5. Availability & changes

The Service is provided on an “as available” basis. We may modify, add, remove, or deprecate tools and behavior, and may change or suspend the Service, at any time. We aim to give reasonable notice of breaking changes but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

6. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Service and its outputs are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. Cost figures are for informational purposes; verify in the OneLens app before relying on them for financial decisions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Astuto AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or supersedes your primary OneLens agreement, which controls in case of conflict.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by disconnecting the connector. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms or to protect the Service.
